Key Instructions 1. Attach the mounting plate Locate on ceiling, or wall in or near sleeping areas.   Some local codes have specifications on CO detectors. Mounting plate removes counter-clockwise 2. Insert batteries making sure of polarity.  Close battery door. 3. Enroll sensor in panel:   a) Enter Zone Programming Mode (e.g. *56) b) Zone Type = 14 c) Input type = Supervised RF Transmitter. d) When asked for a serial number, press Tamper button e) Select Loop 1 for CO 4. Testing:    a) Place panel in Sensor Test mode.   b) Press & hold TEST button until you the sounder beep.   c) Panel will indicate the sensor is open, and alarm will sound.   NOTE: Using CO-in-a-Can will cause an actual CO alarm.  Operation  Situation Sounder LED Wireless Signal to Panel Recovery Actual CO Temporal 3 (Loud) every 8 seconds RED (pulsing) Wireless CO Alarm Signal sent to panel When CO is no longer present. TEST button will silence sensor for 4 minutes. Press & hold Test Button 2 Temporal 4 Beeps (Loud) RED, Green, & Yellow (pulsing) Sensor Alarm signal to panel Sensor: Release button. Panel: Clear alarm condition. Removing Sensor from Mount 1 Beep (Loud) once every minute Yellow (steady) Tamper/Trouble signal to be sent to panel. Restore by remounting.
