In addition to the directionalarrows, there's also a stop and go function.All the signals are accompanied by a unique beep sequence for audio alertness.After mounting the transmitter it can be programmed so that the joystick's forwardactivation is correct for direction of travel.
Model 201 Version 1.0InstallationManualOperatorsManualPage 5Mounting the TransmitterMount the transmitter at a convenientlocation so as to give the operator easyaccess to the joystick and switches. Plug thepower cable into a 12vdc lighter adapter. Ifno lighter adapter is available cut theadapter off and connect directly to a 12vdcpower source.  The RED wire is positive(+)and the BLACK wire is ground(-).Mounting the AntennaConnect the antenna cable and routethe cable safely to a spot on the windowwhere it would be in the best line ofsite with the truck or tractor.  Removethe sticker from the antenna andattach it to a clean spot on the window.Model 201 Version 1.0InstallationManualOperatorsManualPage 6To program the mounting direction, press and hold the JOYSTICK in the forwarddirection of travel while turning on the power switch.  Hold the JOYSTICK untilthe LED changes the blink sequence. (Approximately 3 seconds).  The transmitterwill automatically store this direction as the forward position. All other joystickdirections will be adjusted automatically.Turn the power off and then on again without pressing any buttons for normaloperation.Programming the MountingDirectionTesting the Receiver LEDsPress the CHANNEL button onthe receiver within 1 second ofturning on the power. The receiverwill sequence through the differentdisplay symbols such as channelnumbers, directional arrows, etc.

(Approximate. 3 seconds)3)  Release the GREEN button.4)  Press the RED button to transmit thecurrent channel of the transmitter.(Observe the channel on the receiver.)Programming the ChannelEach transmitter needs to be programmed to 1of the 19 channels  before using.  The defaultchannel is 1 from the factory. Program eachtransmitter to a different channel in a multi-transmitter environment.  To program thechannel of a transmitter,  turn on and watch areceiver for indication of the correct channel.5)  Activate the JOYSTICK switch tochange to the next channel. Activatethe JOYSTICK only once for eachchannel change. Each subsequentactivation of the JOYSTICK willchange to the next channel. Activatingand HOLDING the JOYSTICK willchange to the next channel, andcontinuously transmit that channel.Releasing the joystick will stop thetransmission.  To retransmit see # 4.8)  Press the GREEN button to store the channel.9)  LED changes blink sequence to indicate the channel is stored.10)  Turn the power off and then on again without pressing any buttons for normaloperation.Model 201 Version 1.0InstallationManualOperatorsManualPage 8Mounting the ReceiverMount the receiver at a convenient locationso as to give the operator a good view. Removethe sticker from the antenna and attach it to aclean spot on the window.

Operation with non-approved equipment or unshieldedcables is likely to result in interference to radio and TV reception.
